Lockers are located in the building next to Palau Güell and are open until one hour before closing.
Schools
Palau Güell provides educational visits for children from P4 to upper secondary levels. The price is 3 euros per student and there is an optional workshop.

Summer opening hours
From 1 April to 30 September, 10 am to 8 pm (last entry at 7 pm).
Winter opening hours
From 1 October to 31 March, 10 am to 5.30 pm (last entry at 4.30 pm).
Closed on non-holiday Mondays, 25 and 26 December, 1 and 6 January and the last week of January (for maintenance).
Admission free: first Sunday of every month, 12 February, 23 April, 11 September, 24 September and 15 December.

Calls are handled in Catalan, Spanish, English and French, Tuesday to Sunday, from 10.30 am to 5.30 pm in winter and from 10.30 am to 8.00 pm in summer.

It is recommended to wear a mask. The tour will be taken with the app downloaded to your mobile device, so it is recommended to wear headphones.
Palau Güell reserves the right to refuse admission.
For security reasons, the monument is subject to video surveillance.
Photography for personal use is permitted without flash or tripod. The taking of photos or videos for the reproduction and marketing of images of the Palau is forbidden. The use of selfie sticks is prohibited.
No food or drink is allowed inside Palau Güell.
Access to the roof and the south courtyard may be closed in case of rain and strong wind.

There is a lift for the exclusive use of people with reduced mobility or special needs.
Wheelchair loan service with chairs adapted to the size of the lift, (door width: 60 cm; 78 cm deep). Staff are available to help you change wheelchairs and on the tour.
